Are You Looking To Sell Your Property?

There are a variety of reasons why you may be looking to sell your property within a short space of time. Here at Ace Developers, we offer an alternative solution to an Estate Agent, which reduces both the fees and duration of the selling process. So whatever your situation may be, we are here to help you.

Step 1
You will have either completed our seller's enquiry form, or you will have given us a call directly. At which point we will talk through options and requirements.

Step 2
Based on our conversation we will value the property, and make an offer in principle. If this is accepted, we will follow up with a survey for added confirmation.

Step 3
As long as the survey does not rear any major issues or concerns not already disclosed, we will make a formal offer. The survey takes a few days to complete.

Step 4
If you accept our offer, we will instruct the solicitors to start the legal process. You can either use your own solicitors or we will use trusted solicitors from our network.

Step 5
Once all prior stages have been completed, you will be required to fill out some paperwork prior to the exchange of contracts.

Step 6
On completion, the cash will be paid directly into your bank account via your solicitor. This excludes any mortgages or loans outstanding.
