How Does Our Process Work?

Once you subscribe to our mailing list, we will send you a follow up email regarding your specific property investing requirements. Have a strategy in mind? Then please fill out our requirements form at the bottom of this page. If you have more specified criteria, then please email us directly.
This will give us a sound idea of what you are looking for.

If we source a deal that matches your requirements, we will contact you via email with a brief outline of the property, with the brochure and spreadsheet with the figures. If you are satisfied with our findings, then you can work through our process.

Once you join our emailing list, you will become a member of our investors network and receive regular emails regarding great property details.

Step 1
You will receive an email regarding a property that aligns with your strategy. If you are interested in the property, please get in touch.

Step 2
We will give you a call to discuss the more technical details surrounding the property. This will include room sizes, refurbishment work, exact location and more.

Step 3
After our follow up call, we will send you over our T&C and non-disclosure agreement. We will also carry out neccessary vetting as per our compliance.

Step 4
We will then send you an invoice and pass your contact details onto the selling agent or vendor and they will get in touch and request some documentation from you.

Step 5
The property will be taken off our database and marked as Sold Subject To Contract, then the purchase and proceed from that point.

Step 6
Once the invoice is settled, we will introduce you to the vendor/seller. We will still be available to for any queries you have. This will conclude the deal.
